Our inventory management software tracks every item in and out and costs them to patients as they are used. Stock levels and transaction data is available in real-time.

As items are issued, the user (GSRN), location (GLN), patient (GSRN), item (GTIN) and lot or serial number (AI 10/21) are all recorded. With Omnicell, reordering is fully automated, and restocking and receipting is also tracked and managed by the system.

Patient costing is an integral feature of the Omnicell software, tracking and costing everything used to the patient, procedure and consultant.

The Omnicell software can be used in conjunction with any of our hardware options, including cabinets, PCs, RFID, PDAs and barcode scanners, to give you the right system for the right location to deliver the highest return on investment.


As a GS1 industry partner, all our Omnicell systems are certified GS1 solutions. Omnicell are also a PEPPOL member, supporting the standards for data exchange.

All our systems can capture the GS1 user, location, patient, item and lot number as required by GS1. In the event of a stock take or product recall, the reporting system can tell you which product has been used for which patient and which is still on a shelf.
