We offer a FREE design consultation service. You’ll have access to our expert team of consultants, who have significant NHS experience, from the outset who will spend time with your team to understand the benefits and savings you hope to make, the layout of your hospital and your hospital workflows and operational processes. They will help you to build your business case so that you have all the support you need to put your ideal GS1 solution in place. The consultant will work with you for the duration of your project.

Once your systems are live we provide you with comprehensive service and support. We offer 24/7/365 telephone support and have a network of engineers across the UK who can be onsite within hours. We carry out preventative maintenance checks twice yearly to ensure maximum uptime – our systems have a typical uptime of 99.9%.

Omnicell uses its own interface engine and has over 6000 working interfaces, including most of the systems used in the UK for inventory management. Each of our systems simply needs a network connection (wired or wireless) and IP address in order to communicate with the Omnicell server.
