Denise Cox joined Omnicell in February 2020 as Chief Customer Officer, North America, bringing over 25 years of high-tech customer experience leadership. In her most recent position as Cisco’s Vice President of the Americas Customer Experience (CX) Centers, Ms. Cox led over 3000+ individuals in the delivery of effortless support, architecture, and implementation services. Prior to Cisco, she spent over a decade at NetApp in a variety customer-facing roles including Professional Services, Customer Support, and Customer Success during the company’s growth from a $750 million to over $3 billion organization. At Omnicell, she will drive all aspects of creating, building, launching, and scaling Omnicell’s Customer Success organization. Ms. Cox is a frequent speaker at Women in Technology events. She has an MS in Information Technology and a BA in Communication.
